Sling wanted to introduce an engaging new feature during March Madness to ensure it grabbed attention and sparked discussions in the media, especially during this highly-watched tournament.

A Peak at the User Testing Process
We conducted multiple rounds of unmoderated user testing for each function and workflow, producing heat maps and pairing them with users' think-aloud voiceovers. This approach ensured highly optimized solutions tailored for mobile users.
